In this case there is already a default domain definition and structural domains can be viewed with the RasMol interface. The domain update and edit tools may be accessed from here, allowing a database annotator to create or modify domain definition(s). Links to the header of the corresponding PDB file, the PQS server of the EBI-MSD, and the CATH, FSSP and SCOP protein structure classifications (section not shown), further assist an annotator in defining domains.
