The 3Dee server contains definitions of structural domains for proteins of known three dimensional structure. The domains are clustered on sequence and structure and browsable as a hierarchy.

STATUS
September 2001: Unfortunately, we have no continuing funding for this project, so it is unlikely that the database will be updated in the near future.
However, you never know what might happen!
