The 3Dee server contains definitions of structural domains for proteins of known three dimensional structure. The domains are clustered on sequence and structure and browsable as a hierarchy.

STATUS
September 2001: Unfortunately, we have no continuing funding for this project, so it is unlikely that the database will be updated in
the near future. However, we will continue to keep the existing version on the web.
