AMAS Server
 

AMAS Server at Dundee

AMAS Server at EBI

The AMAS server takes a protein multiple sequence alignment and identifies likely functional residues. The server returns a coloured, boxed and shaded alignment for visual inspection as well as a detailed text report.

The AMAS Server is based on work by Craig Livingstone and Geoff Barton.

 

STATUS

December 2002: An updated server is now available at Dundee.
