JPred Server
 

JPred Server at Dundee

The JPred Server takes a single protein sequence or multiple sequence alignment and predicts the protein secondary structure.

JPred runs the JNet secondary structure prediction method as well as methods to predict coiled coil structures.

 

STATUS

14th November 2002: A new jpred server has been established at Dundee.  This is known as JPred-TNG (no comment). Most of the changes will be invisible to users, but will improve turn-round time and reliability.
