A scanps server is running at the EBI. A further server will be available from Dundee soon. Well, actually, you can try it here right now - this server allows up to date searching of swissprot, but may be extended to other databases shortly.

February 2003: Scanps is under continual development and we plan to have further advanced search tools available in the coming months.
