Bioinformatics Research The primary
emphasis of the group's research is on the computational analysis and prediction of the function and three-dimensional structure of proteins from their amino
acid sequence. However, we also work on broad computational problems in biology, from DNA sequencing and mass-spectrometry, to protein structure analysis.
A more detailed overview of our work will be presented here soon. In the meantime, you can get an idea about what we do by browsing our publications, software and databases.
