i'd like to generate a .msf or .aln (fasta format) sequence alignment file from
(i guess) stamp .clean files - but i can't seem to find this functionality in
the amps or alscript manuals, or some googling especially on
site:www.compbio.ac.uk....

so are there no pieces of software that can generate such formats from .clean
files?

any suggestions welcome

as soon as i used ~convert in google, i found aconvert.
