[Jalview-discuss] scroll bar

Hi-

I noticed that a scroll bar appears in my embedded jalview alignment,  
in addition to the one in the browser.  e.g.:

http://pdbjc01.protein.osaka-u.ac.jp:8888/tmp/MS3989/launch_jalview.html

is there a way to just have one? I think users find this behavior  
confusing.
