[Jalview-discuss] More than one sequence group with the same name

Hi

I observe the following behavior. Is it supposed to be that way or is it 
a bug?

If you create more than one sequence group with the same name with
different color schemes and export the annotation, then color scheme
of the groups after the first one is set to automatically to none after
you import the annotation.
