[Jalview-discuss] Jalview PCA

Hello all,

I'm using the PCA analysis feature in Jalview 2.5.1.  For small data sets I can retrieve the resulting matrices.  However I am unable to for larger data sets -- it gives me a blank output file even though the data is plotted.  Is there a way to extract the output?
