[Jalview-discuss] how to display only the predicted secondary structure below the alignment

Hi all,

I'm not sure if it's possible in the current version of Jalview, but I  
would like to display only the Jnetpred (consensus secondary structure  
prediction) below the alignment and remove Lupas, confidence level,  
JnetSol, and Jnethmm. Can anyone describe how to do that?

If not possible it would be a very useful feature because it renders  
the alignment more readable and suitable for theses and publications.
