There's currently no way of doing this with a small number of clicks (ie
- select one group and then add the other group in to that group with a
single mouse click) - but I will add that as a UI feature request to be
considered for some future release. However, for the moment, you could
try this:
1. select the smaller of the groups and press the up or down arrow to
reorder it once so all the sequences are bunched together.
2. select the bigger group, and then use CTRL+select to select the
topmost member of the smaller group, followed by SHIFT+select to select
the bottom-most member.
This will add the sequences in the smaller group to the bigger group.
