Dear Jared.
This looks like a problem with your browser or Java install. Would you
be so kind as to let me know the details of your hardware, operating
system, browser and Java version ?
Could you also make sure that this happens for both the webstart and
installAnywhere (with or without JVM) version ? For the webstart
version and InstallAnywhere without VM version, you need to make sure
that you have updated to the latest version of Java (the one available
from java.com).
