[Jalview-discuss] Introduction

Hi everybody,

I'm Jan Engelhardt from the University of Leipzig. I'm enrolled in a
Masters degree for bioinformatics, there.
This summer I will work with Jim Procter on extending the non-coding RNA
support of Jalview. The main focus will be to include the structure
viewer VARNA into the Jalview application.
I already did some work on ncRNAs so I'm looking forward to help the
community by implementing new features for analyzing this kind of RNAs.
