Hi Joel,

Sorry to hear you have been having trouble with Jalview.  It works fine 
on 64 bit Windows 7 - this is the configuration I use.  I have installed 
both from the Java webstart option and the install anywhere option 
(without JVM) without issues, so I guess it must be a problem local to 
your PC.
