Hi,

 I am using jnet for secondary structure prediction in my system. I have
some problems. I mention the problems below.

1. What is mean by Nojury, Sol25,Sol5 and Sol0 in the result? Please explain
detail.
2. Can I run jnet using single sequence?
3. How can I store the result in to a file?

I am stuck due to these problems. So please give me a solution for these.
