The EBI provides services for searching its databases.  These include text-based searching as well as sophisticated sequence and 3D structure searching.  Services marked experimental may not be fully supported.  Services marked research programme are supported by the EBI research programme.

(we need somehow to show the difference between fully supported EBI services and those that are partially supported or  highly experimental).
