The datasets in this directory were used for the development of the 
ParCrys Crystallisation Propensity Predictor method. For further details

Training data: PDB3958

Feature selection data: DIF728, WS728

Independent test data: TPOS72, TNEG72, TPOS43, TNEG43

Additional independent test data: TPOS12, TNEG12

Also, datasets were developed from the feature selection data to further
investigate the effects of length restriction on predictive performance.
These are DIF246, WS246.
