The EMBL Nucleotide Sequence Database	Database of DNA and RNA sequences.  A collaboration with GenBank (USA) and DDBJ (Japan).
trEMBL and Swiss-Prot	Protein sequence database maintained in collaboration with the University of Geneva.
Protein Data Bank	A full mirror of the database of protein three-dimensional structures from Brookhaven Laboratory, USA.
Nucleic Acid Database	A full mirror of the database of nucleic-acid three dimensional structures from Rutgers University, USA.
