Selecting the interactions
To browse all predicted interactions, select the "All predicted interactions" button. Alternatively, it is possible to restrict the search to only interactions involving a specific protein. To specify the protein you are interested in, you can use protein names or identifiers (it is usually safer to use identifiers as proteins are often referred to using many different names, not all of which are present in our database, and some of which are used for more than one protein). Currently supported identifiers include IPI, RefSeq and UniProt identifiers.

            Additional options
Interactions are predicted at likelihood ratios of interaction above 400. It is possible to limit the search to higher likelihood ratios, thus increasing the quality of the prediction dataset.

The predicted likelihood ratios are generated by integrating predictions from four different modules which predict interaction by considering different protein features. It is possible to see the likelihood ratios output by the individual modules by selecting the "Display likelihood ratios for every module" box.
