This directory contains the distribution of SCANPS protein sequence database scanning program. scanps_2.3.11.tar.gz contains the software, documentation and examples. scanps_db_example.tar.gz contains a test database. If you are upgrading from an earlier version of scanps, make sure you also update your scanps_alias.dat file. GJB 28th October 2004
