STAMP - multiple alignment from protein 3D structure comparison

STAMP (Structural Alignment of Multiple Proteins) [Russell & Barton, 1992] produces sequence alignments from comparison of protein three dimensional structures. The algorithm is similar to that described for hierarchical multiple sequence alignment, but STAMP works from the co-ordinates of ${\rm C}_{\alpha}$
