AMAS - Analysis of Multiply Aligned Sequences

AMAS [Livingstone & Barton, 1993,Livingstone & Barton, 1996] assists in the identification of functionally important residues from large protein sequence alignments. A by-product of this process is a coloured and annotated representation of the alignment. An AMAS WWW server is available on http://www.compbio.dundee.ac.uk/servers/amas_server.html.
