Downloads

Downloads of the database comparison and predicted interactions ≥ defined Score cut off points are available for download.

The files are tab separated files. There are five coloumns:

1. Protein 1 - Name
2. Protein 1 - Accession (IPI)
3. Protein 2 - Name
4. Protein 2 - Accession (IPI)
5. Score

The character "\t" is used to separate each column.
