Please provide mmCIF files along with the corresponding UniProt ID. LIGYSIS can analyse proteins not listed in UniProt; however, this feature is not currently supported by this web server. It will be available shortly.

Any number of mmCIF files can be uploaded, but their total size must not exceed 50MB. Please contact us if you have any questions.
