Some papers contain preprints that are in hypertext form. Some preprints are also available in compressed PostScript suitable for printing on letter or A4 paper, or are linked to PDF copies. Some documents
have the figures as PostScript files, so you must have a PostScript previewer (e. g. Ghostscript) if you want to view the figures too.
Please note that the preprints may differ from the final published account. Accordingly, please also see your library copy of the official printed version.
