Dr Suzanne Duce joined us today to work as outreach and training officer on Jalview and our other resources.

16th Dec 2013: Video of CTIR building atrium under construction

A walk through the new atrium or "Street" of the CTIR Building. This space is between the Wellcome Trust Building and the CTIR building.

16th Dec 2013: Video of CTIR Building Level 2 which will be home to the Division of Computational Biology

A tour of the new space for the Division of Computational Biology. The tour includes view of some offices, breakout rooms and the main open-plan office. We will be moving in during 2014.

17th June 2013: Hollywood Actor and Rector of the University of Dundee Brian Cox Opens the GSU

Chris Cole and Brian Cox Chris Cole from the group is centre stage as Hollywood Actor Brian Cox famous for X-men-2, Troy, the Bourne Identity,Braveheart, Manhunter and many other movies, opens our new Genomic Sequencing Unit.

The GSU led by Melanie Febrer sequenced Brian's genome and Chris analysed his SNPs associated with diabetes and eczema.
